Fivos Theodosakis, a graduate of the stage design class, met this sudden sense of alienation with a visual performance of Franz Kalka's "The Building". Its story of the mole and the sudden noise in the burrow seemed like a symbol of the current atmosphere. Fivos rendered the animal's fear and despair on bare earth, in clearly constructed slats and in loudspeakers, with an actor's voice being heard with the Kafka text.
